- Are your chocolates really all homemade?
Yes. Each and every chocolate is made the old fashioned way, by tempering chocolate in a double boiler while stirring constantly.
- Why are the chocolates not uniform looking?
Because they are handmade, each will have a unique appearance. Chocolates that look exactly the same all the time are manufactured not handmade.
- How should I store my chocolate?
Keep it in a cool, dry place. Do not expose to extreme heat or humidity.
- How can I schedule an order for later in the year?
Use our copyrighted Events Scheduler and schedule as many dates that you would like to order chocolates. We will send you an email reminder two weeks before the date asking you to confirm the purchase.
Once you complete your transaction, the order will be shipped to your recipient in time for the event.
- How do I begin?
Click on My Account and register as a New Customer. Fill out the information and click Continue. On the My Account Information page
click on View calendar for events. This will open the Events Scheduler Calendar. For detailed instructions click here
- What methods of payment are available?
Payments can be made by MasterCard, Visa or PayPal.
- How do I cancel an order?
If you would like to cancel your order, simply email your name, address, phone number and order number to
sales@thechocolateofthemonth.com.
- Do you charge sales tax?
By law, we must charge sales tax on shipments to Maryland.
